Check in takes place from 3.00pm to 8.00pm; check out by 10:00.
There is a supplement of €20.00 for arrivals between 8.00pm and 10.30pm; Check-in after 10.30pm until 01.00am carries a surcharge of EUR 50.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Regulation on the Living Contribution (A.C. resolution no. 32 of 30 March 2018) The new Regulation on the Living Contribution of Rome has introduced important innovations, including the application of the Living Contribution to short-term rentals: guests are required to pay of the contribution equal to €6.00 (modified by Resolution 255) per person for each overnight stay, excluding children up to 10 years of age.
The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.
